Mr. Neil Baumgartner teaches at North Heights Christian Academy on Mondays and Wednesdays. The band schedule is in coordination with North Heights’ school schedule.

Mr. Nelson Penserga and Ms. Olivia Garcia co-teach at St. John’s on Tuesdays. The band schedule is in coordination with St. John’s school schedule.

Mrs. Laura Thompson teaches at St. Michael’s in Prior Lake on Thursdays. The band schedule is in coordination with St. Michael’s school schedule.

Mr. Neil Baumgartner teaches at Holy Spirit Catholic School in St. Paul on Fridays. Ms. Olivia Garcia co-teaches at Holy Spirit as well. Lessons and rehearsals are planned around Holy Spirit’s schedule.

Ms. Olivia Garcia is the director at Holy Trinity Lutheran Academy. Lessons and rehearsals are scheduled during the school day.

Ms. Olivia Garcia teaches at Trinity Lone Oak Lutheran on Thursdays. TLO is new to Encore Ensembles in 2026-2027.

St. Francis Xavier Catholic School is new to Encore Ensembles in fall 2026. Mr. Nelson Penserga will be directing this ensemble.

St. John’s in Chaska is new to Encore Ensembles in fall 2026 as part of the Mayer Lutheran Partner Schools. Mr. Pete Dysart is the director at St. John’s.

Zion in Mayer is new to Ensembles in fall 2026 as a part of the Mayer Lutheran Partner Schools. Ms. Leah Toppen is the director at Zion - Mayer.

Christ Community Lutheran School is new to our program in Fall 2026 as part of the Mayer Lutheran Partner Schools. Ms. Leah Toppen is the director at CCLS.

Our Burnsville Homeschool Band meets on Tuesdays at the Lutheran Church of the Ascension from September - May.

Mr. Baumgartner teaches the Burnsville Homeschool Band.

The Northfield Homeschool Band meets at Emmaus Church on Tuesdays. Beginning Band rehearsal is at 1:00 pm, with Concert Band (students with one year of experience or more) at 1:30 pm. Small group lessons are scheduled before and after rehearsal.

The Faith Christian Homeschool Band meets on Mondays at Rockpoint Church in Lake Elmo. This band program is partnered with the Faith Christian Home Educators Co-op. You must be a part of the co-op to participate in this band.

Concert Band (students who have been playing for one year or more) rehearsal is at 11:00 AM with Beginning Band (students starting on their instruments this year) at 2:00 PM. Small group lessons surrounding that time both in the morning and in the afternoon. Mrs. Laura Thompson & Ms. Olivia Garcia teach at FCHE.
